Apricot and Fresh Green Almond Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:
Green almonds (Stage 3), chilled, washed
Greek yogurt
Raspberry jam
Fresh apricot, chopped coarsely
Instructions:
- Split open the green almonds reserving the nutlets inside.
- Place some Greek yogurt into a serving bowl. Top with a spoonful of raspberry jam and the chopped apricot. Garnish with fresh green almonds.
